What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you provide — your name, email, phone number, state, and details about your RV (year, type, make/model, and, for motorized RVs, engine and mileage). We also collect basic technical data such as your IP address and, where applicable, marketing attribution parameters (for example UTM tags and advertising click identifiers) so we know how you found us.

How we use it

To prepare and send your quote and follow up about your coverage.
To provide customer and claims support.
To measure and improve our advertising and website.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in, we send quote-status texts from No Repair Cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. SMS opt-in and consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing.

Email

We use your email to deliver your quote and related information. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message; we may still send transactional messages about a quote or policy you requested.

Cookies & tracking

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies (including the Meta pixel) to measure advertising performance and improve the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data security & retention

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
